Network
refers to the doctors, hospitals, and medical
facilities that participate in an insurance plan.

uses a PPO (Preferred Provider
Organization) network. This means that you get the
best rates (30-60% discount) when you use doctors
in the network. You can use providers
outside the network but your out-of-pocket
expenses will be much higher.
